1" Ball clamp for telescope trusses - clearance remix

See the original for details, but use a 60mm hex-head bolt for the clamps.  A future remix will likely switch the direction of the thru-bolt.

Make sure to print it sturdy.  I used 6 walls and 30 or 50% cubic infill.  (Do note that increasing walls is better for sturdiness than increasing infill, and beyond 50% infill returns are not significant)



Works well enough for a 16 inch reflector, and even PETG-on-metal provided a good enough grip to loosen nyloc bolts for Hexapod collimation.  If this jargon means nothing to you, do one of:

• read up; this is only mildly complicated, but the info is scattered through old forum posts and word-of-mouth
• find me on discord
• find a place where I have put more documentation.
• re-think making such a complicated telescope.
