Quadlock Qi-Charger or Ball-Mount Adapter to Brodit Baseplate

I created this to mount my Quadlock Qi-Charger to a Brodit-mount. Unfortunately Brodit baseplates aren't all the same size. I have uploaded 70x50mm and 74x52mm (these are the 2 mounts I have). If you need other sizes, let me know in the comments, then I will upload missing sizes.

I printed this in ASA due to the high temperatures that can appear in the car in direct sunlight. You need a M4 nut to put it into the middle of the turning wheel.

Print the baseplate adapter laying on the side, so that you don't need any support. Then glue the joint socket to the baseplate if needed (in my case it snapped right into the hole).

Ich habe dieses Teil konstruiert, um mein Quadlock Qi-Ladegerät an einem Brodit-Mount zu befestigen. Leider sind die Brodit-Grundplatten nicht alle gleich groß. Ich habe 70x50mm und 74x52mm hochgeladen (das sind die 2 Halterungen, die ich habe). Wenn ihr andere Größen benötigt, lasst es mich in den Kommentaren wissen, dann werde ich fehlende Größen ergänzen.

Ich habe die Teile in ASA gedruckt, da im Auto bei direkter Sonneneinstrahlung hohe Temperaturen auftreten können. In die Mitte des Drehrads muss eine M4-Mutter eingesetzt werden.

Der Grundplatten-Adapter sollte auf der Seite liegend gedruckt werden, so ist er aufgrund der Layer-Ausrichtung stabiler und man braucht keinen Support. Die Gelenkpfanne wird dann wenn nötig in das Loch auf dem Grundplatten-Adapter geklebt. Bei mir war das nicht nötig, weil es mit ein wenig Druck so da rein gepasst hat, daß es auch so hielt.
