Description
This is my 3D Printed RC Outboard Motor. I looked at the RC outboards available for purchase commercially and I was not impressed. So I set out to design my own outboard that was capable of handling high power brushless motors. This design uses a 3650, 3900 KV motor that draws almost 1 horsepower of electric power! I have designed a few 3D printable boat hulls and this outboard motor has propelled them in excess of 45 miles per hour.
