Prusa I3 Mk3S+ Mosquito Hotend Upgrade

I modified the "R6" Extruder parts that come with the Mk3s+ printers to work with the Slice Engineering Mosquito Hotend. This is only compatible with the 40mm fan.

I left a "vent" in the Extruder Cover part. I don't know if this is necessary or not but it is on the R4 parts available on the Slice Engineering website so I included it.

A new 26.6mm long PTFE tube will be required.

Note: I run a high flow 40mm fan on my printers with the prusa firmware modified to allow the fan to run at full speed.  I have extensively tested the Stock Fan with stock firmware, High flow fan with stock Firmware and the High flow Fan with Firmware modified to run at full speed.  All seem to cool fine with no issues with Thermal runaways inside an enclosure.   Thermal imaging of the hotend didn't show much difference in max temp.

NOTE:  This will NOT work with the Mosquito Magnum hotend.  

I have not tested any Mosquito Clones that exist out there.  I run Slice Engineering hotends on all my printers and will not recommend using these printed parts with any Mosquito clones.

Update 1: Fan Shroud v2 to give better clearance to the Heat Block.

Update 2: T Mount v2 to adjust the PTFE through hole diameter.

Update 3: Fan Shroud v3 increase clearance to heat block based on testing results.

Update 4: After 40 hours of printing I took the Extruder apart for an inspection. Modification to the Extruder body, Motor Plate, and Extruder Cover to increase the clearance of the heat block.

Update 5: Hopefully final update to the Extruder body, Motor Plate, Extruder cover and Fan Shroud to mitigate the risk of the plastic parts melting when printing with high temp materials. Switched to ASA material for all the main body parts and Carbon filled Nylon for the Fan Shroud.
