Stronger beyerdynamic headband slider

I love my headsets from beyerdynamic but sometimes I am really fed up with the prices of spare parts and how flimsy they are, I regularly change ear pads, cables, headbands and sliders.

So I designed those from scratch to be tightened with M3 bolts and nuts and to be way stronger than the originals. There is no “core” because the originals are often in good shape and really smooth (unless you use other printing method than FDM).

And there is no left or right marks on the "outer" part also they are symmetrical to be used indifferently on the right or left side to keep it as simple as possible.

To use the sliders you need:

• 4x M3 HU nut
• 4x M3x10 CHC screw
• 2x Original slider “core”

Updates

For the outside version with countersunk holes, you need:

• 4x M3x15 FHC screw

• Added DT990 Edition outsides to keep the stainless steel plate (but it removes the cable channel)
