Description
The plastic arms on the Sony WH-1000XM3 are prone to breaking. This is a replacement part (modeled for the left side - I haven't taken my right side apart and I'm told it is not quite a mirror image). You can watch this short video if you need to know how to take these appart (this is for the older XM2, but disassembly is virtually identical).
I've had good luck printing these with PETG and with PLA+, but I tried some two-color silk PLA and I found the result wasn't strong enough (although perhaps it's just my settings are off, because this is a new-to-me brand and I haven't played with it much). Printing the inside half is a little tricky. I've included a raw version with no supports, and the version that I printed with built-in supports.
