Description
I bought a cheap four-pack of Hygrometers and figured I'd put one over my printer, next to my spools, just for giggles. Didn't even look if other people had made this, just grabbed the calipers.
Uses an M3x10 and t-nut. Clears any decorative moulding in your v-slots. The back is open so the hygro can actually breathe and get measurements (which having looked now I see many mounts do not do. Has some dents for the captive arms.
Turn on supports and print with the screw hole down. The slopes on the support arm is 45' so you shouldn't need anything there.
v2 Note: I made it a tiny bit bigger after my first print (pictured) to accommodate the little ridges on the hygro. This version should not flex, and if it does you can just shave those off of the hygro itself. Added chamfers.
