V2 has a thicker bottom plate to avoid bending if your pull is from above rather than straight into the extruder, but will require longer bolts.

This guide will provide a fair lead for the filament into the extruder so it will not wear on the extruder body. It will work for the EZRStruder on Ender 3 series printers with a Bowden type extruder. It should also work for stock or aluminum extruders. A short length of Bowden tube where the filament is inserted is recommended to eliminate wear of the guide. This should be at least 100mm to allow for flex. The guide can also be used for reverse Bowden installations where a length of Bowden tube is used between a filament dryer and the extruder. The guide raises the extruder by 6mm (V2), so longer mounting bolts for the stepper motor may be required.
