Star Trek Utility Space Case. Somewhere to store the Captains com-badge safely perhaps.
Tough and compact utility case that is water resistant and dust proof when used with the TPU seal. If printing the seal, make sure you set the print settings to two perimeters and zero infill and when placing in the groove of the case, place the flat side of the seal up towards the lid.
Print the clips with PETG @100% infill.
External size W130mm L120mm H52mm
Internal size W111mm L77mm H46mm
You'll need;
6 M3x25mm fasteners
4 M3 nylock locknuts/hex nuts
NB: If you don't have multi material printing capabilities and you still want the case, then you are in luck. I have designed a plain case (same design) for the masses, which you can obtain here:
