VRS DirectForce Pro controller vertical mount for 4040, 4080 profile or IKEA BEKANT

UPDATE 2024-04-03:

I added a version for mounting on 4040 or 4080 profiles with M6 or M8 hex screws and T-nuts.

For printing the VRS-BOX_4080* files, choose “Split → To objects” in PrusaSlicer.
Then arrange the printing orientation according to picture. Supports might be needed on the standing part. Other orientations might work also but I did this to have the layer lines between the parts not "interlocking". 

Preferably print with 5 perimeters and high infill, PETG.

Note: The M8 version is wider between the screw holes and cannot be mounted vertically on a 4080 profile, only along 1 slot and not across 2 slots.

As I had no space for the VRS controller box and to keep weight down from my motion rig I wanted it to be mounted off the rig itself. I designed a vertical mount where the box could mount on my nearby IKEA BEKANT desk leg and easily slide in/out without any tools if needed.

Hardware needed:

• 2x M6x20mm screws
• 2x M6 nut
• 4x M4x10mm screws
