Description

Allgemeines

Mir gefiel die Idee, einen Pokeball aus 4 Einzelteilen einfach in den passenden Farben drucken zu können.

Da das Urmodell ein paar scharfe Kanten hatte und als solches zu groß für Visitenkarten gewesen ist, habe ich es neu konstruiert.

Einfach die 4 EInzelteile in den passenden Farben ausdrucken, zusammenkleben und fertig :-)

Die .f3d Datei von Fusion360 teile ich gerne auf Nachfrage.

Druckeinstellungen

  • Drucker: BambuLab X1C
  • Schichthöhe: 0,2mm
  • Infill: 20-25% Bienenwabe
  • Vertikale Perimeter: 3-4
  • Decke- & Boden Schichten: 3-4
  • skalierbar: nicht getestet
  • Empfehlung nur für “Bottom Shell” 
    • die ersten 20-25 Layer:
      • Druckgeschwindigkeit: 30-45mm/s für die vertikalen Konturen
      • Linienbreite Außenkonturen: 0,6mm

Material

  • bisher nur aus PLA+
  • auf den Bilder:
    • Sunlu PLA+ white
    • Sunlu PLA+ red
    • Sunlu PLA+ black

General

In my opinion its a nice idea, to create a pokeball, which is easily to print out of 4 separate pieces in her colours.

The base model has a few sharp edges and was to big in the inside for business cards. So i make my own version ;-)

Only print the 4 pieces in your favourite colours, some glue and you have a nice holder für your business cards :-)

  • Vertical Perimeter: 3-4
  • Top- & Bottomlayer: 3-4
  • scalable: not tested
  • recommendation for the “Bottom Shell”
    • the first 20-25 layers:
      • printingspeed: 30-45mm/s for the vertical shells 
      • line width for outer shells: 0,6mm
