Bambu P1P Control Board Fan Duct

To ensure that the Bambu Lab P1P printer operates at its best when enclosed, it is highly recommended to incorporate a control board fan into the setup. This additional fan serves the crucial purpose of maintaining optimal cooling within the printer's enclosure. By installing a fan duct that fits securely over the heat-sync component, efficient heat dissipation is facilitated.

The design of the fan duct is specifically engineered to snugly fit over the heat-sync, allowing for effective transfer of heat away from the control board. This snug fit ensures that the airflow generated by the fan is concentrated precisely where it is needed most. To further enhance its functionality, the fan is strategically positioned on the side, enabling proper alignment within the available space inside the enclosure.

To prevent the plastic from melting due to the high temperature of the heat-sync, it is advisable to use ABS material.
