Head Saving Corner Clamp

Children at the age of 2-3 years tend to have their head at the same height as sharp corners of tabletops. This clamp provides a simple and non-destructive way of temporarily rounding off these corners while the children are in the vulnerable age.

The rounded part is, on purpose, thin so that it yields on impact.

Choose the variant depending on the thickness of the table. If these do not fit, you can use the .scad-file to customize it as needed. The clamp can optionally be mounted upside-down.

Depending on your printers bridging-capabilities, you may have to use support to avoid sagging of the top. I used PrusaSlicers new “organic” support with great success.
