200mm Hand Spool (Glue Together)

This is a simple 2 part ring type spool, large enough for adult hands.  I created this to hold and comfortably rewind thin antenna wire when using it in the field.

The larger diameter means less rounds to take up the same quantity of wire or string. 

If the print bed adhesion is not excellent, the thin outer edges will tend to warp or curl.  Using an external Brim might reduce the curling or warping issues.

I printed mine with the following settings in cheap black PETG to ensure they would survive a hot car in the summertime:

• .2mm First Layer

• .3mm Other Layers

• 15% infill

• 4 walls

• 5 top & bottom solid layers
