Adapts a Wizgear UG-Air-vent-Magnetic-mount to any standard tripod head or mini ball head like
this one Giottos mini ball head MH1004-320. Provides a quick and simple way to mount your
phone in many different orientations.

Requires a 1/4-20 nut.

Prints well without supports.

Requires a 1/4-20 nut.

1| Disassemble the mag mount.
2| Slip the 1/4-20 nut into the slot on the printed part.
3| Assemble the magnet plate and rubber cover to the printed adapter using the center screw from the mag mount.
4| Attach threaded stud on the ball head to the nut inside the adapter.
5| Attach the ball head to whatever you choose. It comes with a thread adapter to allow you to use a 1/4-20 machine screw or a 3/8-16 machine screw. For my application I removed part of my dashboard, drilled a 3/8" hole and used a 3/8-16 bolt that I cut down to 10mm, with a fender washer to make it a stiffer mount.
