Category: Replacement Parts Summary

This bushing will let you remove the raised headboard on an IKEA Leirvik bed frame and still use the decorative knobs on a simpler frame.

Print Settings

Resolution:

0.3mm layers

</div>Infill:

solid

Notes:

Print two. I used Atomic Filament brand PLA but ABS or PETG would work great too.
Approx 7 grams each.

Print with the hole opening on the bed of the printer.

Scale slightly if needed for a tight fit, different printers and settings can change part dimensions slightly.

Post-Printing

Assembly

Tap with an M6 tap or screw directly into the hole. It may help to clean-up the hole with a drill bit if needed. Push the part into the open post, screw the set screw in and screw the knob on.

Hope you find it useful.

Kudos to @MarcusBremicker for his similar application part here.
