Extended Trofast Rail for Hauck Alpha & Beta with endstop v2

We are using the Hauck Alpha highchair and my wife wanted to use the IKEA Trofast with it (she saw the “hack” on the Stokke highchair).

After printing, we recognized that it lacks some of the functions we expected (but nevertheless, it is a good base design):

• The basket only lies only on it – there is no stopps or guides to keep it in position
• When you carry the highchair around, Trofast always falls down
• We wanted to use it more like a drawer, there is no endstop (if you push on one side it falls down on the other side)
• Due to the print not really stuck on the highchair the complete print will falls down if you put pressure on the basket. 

So I try to fix that for us and want to share with you:

• extended the side walls and added a tab to fix it on the highchair
• added some “endstop”
• added an additional top rail to keep the basket in position if you put pressure on it
• added to “bubbles” to keep the basket in position (makes it a little more difficult to put it in and out)
• In general I reduced a little the wall thickness
• Limited the design to 17,x cm that I can print it on my Prusa Mini+ in one step.

UPDATE V2:

Due to some issues (e.g. broken end stop) and recognizing the not necessary thick side parts, I made a re-design of the part.

• side parts have now less thickness
• re-design of arm 
• re-design of endstop
• wider clamp with longer nose

The part can now be printed with 25% less material (compared to previous version) and 20% less time (compared to previous version)

Print settings:

I printed it in 0.2mm quality setting with Prusament Marble Grey.

Supports everywhere (Organic, with 2 layers of bottom interface, rest standard), 50% infill (was 10% in previous version) Gyroid.
