This is a mounting bracket for the L-Boxx storage boxes by Bosch & Sortimo / BS Systems that works with the L-Boxx G4 and previous gen. L-Boxx. For drawers, shelves, wall-mounting, etc.

Allows one-handed clipping in and clipping out of the box for both G4 and legacy boxes. Only one side of the locking mechanism has to be released to pull the box out.
Clipping in using only pressure without pulling the locking mechanism.
Tested for over a year.

Printing
Print the parts in the original orientation. All STL files are pre-rotated for printing.
Bridging
The printer must be able to bridge 24.3mm. You can use support material if your printer doesn't have the necessary bridging capabilities.
I print these without supports on a Prusa Mini+ and they come out fine. I would recommend trying without supports first as it can be difficult to get the supports out of that opening.
Print Settings
Material: PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS, etc. (PLA not recommended for constant load bearing applications like wall mounting due to material creep)
Layer height: 0.2mm
Extrusion width: 0.4mm or 0.6mm (0.6mm nozzle)
Perimeters: 4
Top & bottom solid layers: 5
Infill: 20%
Supports: Optional (see Bridging)
Installation
The screw holes of the bracket are spaced 80mm apart.
The screw holes of two brackets must be spaced 442mm apart.
The minimum width of the mounting surface is 468mm.
Screw diameter should be between 3.5 and 4mm with a head diameter up to 8mm.
Screw length depends on the thickness of your mounting surface. You can take the screw hole dimensions from the illustration below.
