Ghostbusters Proton Pack Neutrona Wand Claw

This is the "claw" at the end of a Ghostbusters Neutrona Wand. The model is a more refined version than what you see in the film, which was a trigger/claw welded to a ring. This version is meant to look like a claw machined from a solid piece of aluminum. There is a smooth fillet between the claw and ring. This feature is easily modified to create a version with a weld line.

I designed this with ABS shrinkage in mind, so the ring is 25.5mm ID for a snug fit over a standard 1in OD tube.

I have included the Fusion 360 archive file and a .step file in case anyone wants to adjust the ring diameter, claw chamfer, or fillets.

Print instructions

The model prints without supports and should be compatible with your favorite printing profiles. I recommend printing in ABS to easily sand the surfaces smooth for a metallic finish.
