Description
Hier ein Modell um den Duct beim Mosquito zu optimieren. Der original Duct ist stellenweise ungeeignet, um größere Überhänge sauber zu drucken. Dieses Modell ist aus einer sehr langen Versuchsreihe als Gemeinschaftsprojekt entstanden und liefert hervorragende Ergebnisse. Die Testreihen wurde von 2 fleißigen Unterstützern, unabhängig zueinander, getestet.
Die Originalhalterung kann weiterhin verwendet werden.
Ich empfehle ein Material zu verwenden welches Temperaturstabil ist, z.Bsp. Nylon oder PC.
Je kleiner die Schichthöhe gewählt wird, umso besser bzw. genauer ist die Luftstromführung, aber die minimalste Schichthöhe ist abhängig von eurem Filament.
Update 05.01.2022
Der Duct wurde erweitert auf andere Setups. Nunmehr gibt es eine Variante für den BMG E3D V6 sowie für den Mosquito welcher mit einem LGX verwendet wird sowie für den LGX Cooperhead FF mit Einschränkungen. Schaut euch bitte die Bilder an ob euer Setup dabei ist.
Achtung: beim LGX Cooperhead kommt es bei mir zum Crasch am Heatbedcover, somit kann man die Baufläche nicht vollflächig nutzen, da das bei mir in 99,9% der Fälle nicht notwendig ist, verwende ich ihn so. Bei Notwendigkeit der vollen Bauplattengröße wechsle ich einfach auf den originalen Duct. Die Kühlleistung ist hervorragend. Wer also mit der Einschränkung leben kann fühlt euch frei den Duct zu testen.

Here is a model to optimize the duct on the Mosquito. The original duct is unsuitable in places to print larger overhangs cleanly. This model is the result of a very long series of tests as a joint project and provides excellent results. The test series was tested by 2 diligent supporters, independently of each other.
The original support can still be used.
I recommend to use a material which is temperature stable, e.g. nylon or PC.
The smaller the layer height is chosen, the better or more accurate the airflow, but the minimum layer height depends on your filament.
Update 05.01.2022
The Duct has been extended to other setups. Now there is a variant for the BMG E3D V6 as well as for the Mosquito which is used with a LGX and for the LGX Cooperhead FF with restrictions. Please have a look at the pictures if your setup is included.
Attention: with the LGX Cooperhead it comes with me to the Crasch at the Heatbedcover, thus one cannot use the construction surface fully, since this is not necessary with me in 99,9% of the cases, I use it in such a way. If the full build plate size is necessary, I simply switch to the original duct. The cooling performance is excellent. So if you can live with the restriction feel free to test the Duct.
