Print In Place Clip V4

Single print clip that uses torque to clamp anything into the teeth. This updated version has slightly larger tolerances in the teeth and the rotating mechanism for easier printing. Additionally, the ring that provides the torque is larger to increase the force and the longevity of the clamp.

Tips for printing: Use a higher wall count for more force, DO NOT use supports, and I recommend using PETG over PLA for increased durability.
