Before printing i advise you to scale the model to 101-102% just to be sure that our USB's will fit without any problems. Also i prefere to use brim with my model and some glue, to prevent the model from detaching from the table.
If you still have problem inserting the USB, perform flow rate calibration, clean the nozzles, etc. Additionally, you can increase the model scale by additional % points.
