Description
Works with most sockets and bits with a ¼" hex shank. You can throw these into your toolbag and the tools will stay in place. Includes two versions.
This should be printed using TPU filament; flex is important here. As typical for a lot of my postings, I printed this using a TPU with a Shore 98A hardness https://amzn.to/3qQmWb0 (affiliate), but a TPU a bit softer should work okay. The Titan Impact socket extensions shown are also from Amazon https://amzn.to/3Nquxoe, but pretty much all ¼" hex shank tools will fit.
The object was designed/optimized for printing on an Original Prusa I3 MK2/MK3 series printer using PrusaSlicer.
IMPORTANT: This was designed to be printed using TPU filament.
Filament Settings: If you are new to using TPU, selecting “Generic Flex” from the Prusa supplied “Filament Settings” in PrusaSlicer should work well.
Print Settings: Selecting “0.20mm NORMAL” in the Prusa supplied “Print Settings” in PrusaSlicer should work well with a "Infill: 10% Gyroid" modification.
Layer Height: 0.2mm
Perimeters: 2
Solid Layers: Top=5, Bottom=4
Infill: 10% Gyroid.
