Customizable Attachment Clamp

Background: 

This project was a lot of fun, I used only TinkerCAD to create the designs (I really wish they would get some sort of chamfer/fillet feature) The clamp-on contest was good motivation to try creating a clamping object with a thread.

I knew there were already a lot of headphone hook desk/table clamps out there (I've printed and am using Headset Hanger 2.0 for a set of my headphones, works great, looks great, 10/10), so I wanted to create something that could be customized in case there was another need. Thus, the Customizable Attachment Clamp was born.

Slicing: 

All models are designed to be printed without supports, and are oriented as such.

Thread w/ Knob layer height at most .2mm, anything higher creates messy threads, causing damage to both thread and clamp body

Everything else can be printed at 0.3 or higher if allowed by your printer/slicing software. All models can also be printed at a lower layer height for higher quality threads if need be.

Since it's all TinkerCAD it's really easy to create a customized attachment. Just download the Attachment Base model, then import it into the project
