Description
I found myself without a key to the medicine cabinet when I needed one and I resolved to have a spare that I could keep electronically, not physically.
The STL file included is for our medicine cabinet, it will probably not work for yours. If you want to reproduce your key you have to measure three points for the key cuts and edit the OpenSCAD file with the values you measure. You should do this with vernier or digital calipers to about 0.1mm, a rule won't do unless you're lucky.
The settings for the module allows you to cut one side away to keep the printing simple (one side doesn't sit on the build plate as it's undercut). Our lock only has wafers on one side so it's easy to use only in one orientation with one of the sides clipped away. If you want to make both sides of the key and you think supports will work for you on a model this small edit the file to remove the clipping by changing the second argument in the key module to 0

Ideally print at about 0.1mm layer height or better to keep the details sharp. PLA will wear out quite fast, this is a key that will work a few times and is not a permanent replacement. It's about 12mins to print at 0.1mm on my Mini+
