Shimano Disc Brake Pads B01S, B03S, B05S emergency plastic replacement.

You can use these pads if you don't have a better replacement, for example to ride to the nearest bike shop to buy new metal break pads :)

Print instructions:

1) Use plastic with the highest melting temperature that you have. ABS, PETG, but not PLA!

2) Use 100% infill for reliability! It's only 3 grams, very cheap!

3) 0.2 mm layer height.

If you dare to install these plastic pads on your bike:

1) Ride slowly for your safety! They do reduce the speed of the bike but they are not as strong, durable and reliable as the original metal/resin pads.

2) Do not use these plastic pads on the roads with car traffic as it may be really dangerous!

3) Do not use them for downhill and other extreme activities!
