Clamp for cutting of profiles

Ideal if you live in appartment and sometimes you need to cut some aluminium profile. Clamping force is strong enough to perform fine cut.

Clamp body.stl, Body screw.stl and Clamp pad.stl are main parts.

Usage:

• On the floor - print and attach Clamp body pad.stl part and just hold clamp with one hand, and saw with other hand
• table/desk - Clamp can be attached to the desk, just print and attach 2x  Body screw.stl

Print settings

Important! On screw parts(Clamp screw.stl and Body screw.stl) that are M30x3.5, is not applied any scale, so if you print it as it is, the screwing can be rough due to 3D printing tolerances. Based on my experience with MK3S+, I am recommending to apply 98.5% scale for X and Y dimension for both screw parts.

The body part is designed for printing in this direction, do not forget to paint Snug type supports as is figured bellow.

For all parts I am recommending wall thicknes more than 1.6mm (4 perimeters with 0.4 nozzle or 3 perimeters with 0.6 nozzle) and at least 20% cubic infill.
