Description
If you chose to do different filament you may get slightly different color gradients. You can do create this in any printer that has a 225mm bed or larger. If you plan to scale the model make sure that you are only scaling the X and Y, NOT the Z.
Commercial use? I wouldn't sell this one as I just found the image online, and they did not have an artist attributed to it. This is more of a Demo on what can be done.
Filaments Used:
PLA PolyLite Black Transmission Distance: 0.3
PLA PolyLite Blue Transmission Distance: 1
PLA PolyLite Azure Blue Transmission Distance: 3
PLA PolyLite Polymaker Teal Transmission Distance: 0.5
PLA PolyLite White Transmission Distance: 7
Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm
Swap Instructions:
Black until layer #9 at 0.8mm
Blue until layer #12 at 1.04mm
Azure Blue until layer #24 at 2mm
Polymaker Teal until layer #34 at 2.8mm
White for the rest.
