Description
This is a very versatile little dowelling jig. I designed it so that I could complete a custom furniture commission and made every one of the ~100 dowelling holes with this one jig. I have incorporated some updates since I used it based on lessons learned with my first iteration.
You will need the parts listed below to finish out the build.
1" long, 1/2" OD, 3/8"ID Steel Spacer

Some 3/8" dowels to use as pins for the self centering feature. You should already have those since you need a dowelling jig!
I think the mounting hardware I sized it to was a 1.25" long 10-24 (or 32 at your preference) bolt and nut combo with a fitting washer on the top side to keep the bolt head out of the slot.
I would recommend using a higher temp filament since the drill bit will eventually pull the bushing out once friction heats everything up.
The included gcode file turned out great using orange Prusament PETG with a nice tight friction fit on the 1/5" OD spacers. I opted to slice the file with ironing enabled. Although it doesn't add to the functionality, it does make it look very nice right off the print bed.
