Gardenhose coupler dust cover: cap to protect inlet from debris while open

this cap is for installations where it's not possible/allowed to keep a permanent connection between fresh water system and a central heating without a (dedicated) system separation device. 

In other words: you have to cut the connection after each refill/fill up, e.g. by disconnecting the hose. 

To prevent dust and debris falling into the open connector, this dust cap an be placed over it. 

The cap is constructed to fit loose over most gardena style couplers. 

We secured the contraption with some cable ties. a more tidy solution with nicely braided para cord would certainly be suitable for a spot in public display.
