Screw mountable wire holder and screwdriver holder (OpenSCAD)

This allows you to mount banana clips and other wires to the wall. I'm using it to mount to a tslot rail.

Also included a version (that is mostly just settings changes) for the screwdriver holder.

For typical usage, just changes these two variables drillholeDiameter=8; countersunkDiameter=14;
