1x 5mm steel rod with a length of 135mm (+ M5 tap) or directly as threaded rod.
2x M5 nuts
6x Pneumatic connector with M6, M8 thread or Ecas (choose correct PatchWall files)
(I used M6 connectors and enlarged the filament hole with a 2.5mm drill to reduce friction)
Important: If you choose to use M6 version, make sure to use PC4-M6-T version, where the PTFE Tube is able to run through!
4x M3 Threaded inserts
5x Screws M3x20mm + Hex Nuts
4x Screws M3x8mm
Additional Information
The assembled PatchWall must have a combined theoretical width of 122mm. Due to tolerances, this can deviate and the LockerClips must be selected/changed accordingly. In the folder "optional" are already prepared lengths up to 126mm
Updates
30.06.2023 :: Update files are marked with V2
17.07.2023 :: Patchwalls for M10 Pneumatic connector and PutInPlace connector added as step (Thanks @Wolffy01_227703 for the Hint)
07.08.2023 :: added base_parts and Lock_clip for 9 filaments as well (parts extended by 58.5mm) see subfolder (step_files_9filaments)
be aware you will need a 58.5 mm longer rod as well. :)
27.11.2023 :: !!! Based on some questions received: When using a ERCF you should always use PTFE Tubes with a hole (inner) diameter of 2,5mm, NOT the 2mm standard Tubes used with bowden extruders !!! Otherwise disruptions and unreliability are predetermined.
24.06.2024 :: 6x_Wheel_V2.step added. This Wheel has holes to insert filament for better loading.
