Mouth Guard Container

A couple I know both use mouth guards at night. They wanted containers they could use when travelling. I designed this one so it can be printed in place. The latch is printed separately and inserted into a slot in the box. The idea is that the latch can be printed on its side, so it's stronger. Also, because it's separate, if it ever should break (which has not happened to date) it can be replaced by simply printing a new latch.

The hinge is embedded. After printing, it might be necessary to use a little force to get the hinge rotating properly, but not much.

Since it holds something that comes in contact with the body, I printed them in PETg.
