Ender S1 / S1 Pro bed cable wire guide fix

Print with a brim.

*added a wing to the model to help with turning*

*added a zip tie slot * 

*works with the s1 pro but can’t  be screw down.  this was verified by another user*

This should fix the issue with the heated bed wires from flexing over and rubbing on the motor.

Installation notes. 

• 1-remove the screw right under the bed wire that s fastening the bottom cover.
• 2-pull the bed all the way to the front.
• 3-install the support bracket.
