Shimano Chain Rim

Hallo fellows,

i constructed a chain rim protector for my chain sheets near the pedals. It fitted on my shimano “system”. The holes on the chain rim need to be on a circle withe is about 155mm. The 4 holes need to oriented on that circle in 90 degree angle.

I used 

• 4x DIN7991 M4 with 8mm length
• 4x Melt in Threads M4 x 8,1 by CNC Kitchen

to mount the rim at the chain sheet.

I printed it in PLA, but other materials maybe a better choice.

I printed the model with support. I got a flat surface because i used the ams to print the connection interface with PETG. So it was nice and smooth. I am aware that not all printers are capable to mix this materials.
