Update 23/04/13: Pin for the different Z Systems
Update 20/07/21: added more Z Pins with 38-42 mm high for thicker heating bed
Update 20/04/18: added adjustable Pin for Y V2
Update 20/04/17: added adjustable Pin for Y
Printing without support is possible.
The printed parts can be assembled without mechanical changes.
With the standard pin length, the distance from below the heater bed holder to above the standard print surface is 20 mm.
I will add more pins for larger distances. For example for 6 and 8 mm aluminium printing plates or in combination with flexible magnetic PEI metal plates.
For special lengths just ask.
The configuration files work on firmware 1.02 - 2.01
I'm using TMC 2209 on Z and E1

Die gedruckten Teile können montiert werden ohne das mechanische Änderungen stattfinden.
Mit der Standart Pin Länge ist der Abstand von unterhalb des Heizbett Halters bis oberhalb der standard Druckoberfläche 20 mm.
Ich werde weitere Pins für größere Abstände hinzufügen. Zum Beispiel für 6 und 8 mm Aluminium Druckplatten oder in Kombination mit flexible magnetische PEI Metall Platten.
Die Konfigurations Dateien arbeiten auf der Firmware 1.02-2.01
Ich verwende TMC 2209 auf Z und E1
Für Sonderlängen fragt einfach nach.
