Description
Fully 3D printed table saw sled for the mini Proxxon KS 230.
The tolerances are tight, but it should work alright with PLA.
The runner and guide should be printed with variable layer heights or 0.1 mm for accuracy.
All other parts can be printed quickly with 0.3 mm layer height.
All holes are pre-bridged. No supports needed.
The sled's rail, the runner and the guide need some fine sanding for better gliding.
Glueing:
Use CA glue and precise squares to align the sled to the aluminium table.
It's not highly accurate – but way better than the original mitre.
Repeatable cuts are easy now :-)
