Creality K1 improved door hinge

I remixed D3vil.Design's excellent design to make it a direct drop-in part (at least for my printer) by making the axis hole of the hinge 0.4mm larger in diameter.

The new hinge block solves 2 or 3 issues:
1:  It lifts the right side of the door so it no longer scrapes the top of the screen as you open/close it.
2:  It reduces the amount that the door rattles
3:  It stiffens the hinge, meaning the door stays in position when you open it, instead of swinging open/closed depending on how out of level your table might be!
