Spool Holder to fit Polymaker 3kg Rolls

As I am now starting to purchase and use 3Kg Polymaker spools, I decided to retire my Spanner Hands spool holder which served me well for the last 5 years and print a new one using a similar concept for the 3Kg spools.

In the ends of the lid and spool holder are windows, what I did here using the clip cutter, is trace on to clear plastic, the window to be cut out and cut it out with scissors, and then super-glued into place with the window clip to ensure its glued in nicely.

You will need 2 x 608 bearings, and a 35mm long M8 screw and a 60mm long M8 screw, socket cap head preferred.

The spindle is a loose fit onto the bearings but you can see part of what holds on the lid is where the spindle that the roll sits on.
