Ender S1 Pro Handle

Handle for the top of my Ender 3 S1 pro or really any 20mm extrusion.

This is a remix of @AlexKrush_390605 design 323530. I liked his handle design because

• it's not very wide,
• could therefore be added to the top rail even with the spool holder etc. 
• can be printed quite quickly without any support

All design specs that the original STL from Creality does not match. But after printing his version, I realized that it cannot use the included M5x12 screws and M5 T-nuts. Since I didn't want to wait for an online purchase (no local hardware store sells these nuts), I threw his design into Fusion360, traced the outlines, and created this version with holes that fit the included screws&nuts.
