3" (74mm) ID PVC Pipe Plaque Holder

I wanted to display a plaque for my Holiday Light display that would allow a person that walked up to the display to easily read the plaque.  I had a piece of PVC pipe with a 3" inside diameter (ID) in the garage so I decided to use that.

The plaque held a sign and a push button that when pressed would start a countdown relay to turn outdoor speakers on for a fixed amount of time so that the person could hear the music synched to the lights.
