Description
So i was rewatching Bleach and one evening i decided to do some modeling and this came out.
File explanation:
Chain'NUMBER'x.3mf → length of connected elements (i just got a prusa mini so 4 is max, all of those have a hole on the front (thin) and back (wide) to connect to other parts, see below)
ChainPart → indentation on back (wider) side, bulge on front (thiner) side
ChainPartHoleBack → bulge in the front (thin), throughhole in the back (wide)
ChainPartHoleFront → throughhole in the front (thin), indent in the back (wide
ChainPartHoleBoth → front and back have a throughhole
Connecting parts:
The holes are 2mm wide so a 1.75mm filament should fit good for connecting the parts. Just stick it through and melt with a soldering iron (i made pictures i hope you can see wat i mean)
As mentioned before i just got a prusa mini so follow this:
The Y distance between objects is 35mm (if you use inches please convert yourself, i'm a metric guy) X and Z should be the same for all objects. If you want so scale it please make your own calulations also the filament conection won't work.
Make sure that if you place the ojects bulges go into indents (holes might work) but never holes on holes, when you do the print in place won't work, i've made that mistake for you allready ;)
You could just push the parts together but after some tries those connections break quite easy so i recommend the filament connection so far.
And yes i know this is not the right color but that is what i got in the printer so…
