Surface Headphones 2 band (Update v7)

Hi, here is best replica of broken head band for Surface Headphones 2 to the date. I tried several of existing i found out on the brode web but non of them was 1:1. 

This model having same thicknesses and same diameter as original.

I am printing it out of PetG.
It is still WIP.

Update v6: extended screw holes and added reinforcements.

Update v7: added space in the place where fixing headphones, now you do not need any postproduction. I would say, it is final design.
