BTT Manta E3EZ box for Ender 3 v2

I created a version of the box lid that's two pieces instead of one. I also added the BTT Manta logo on the 1st piece and added a mounting point for a 4010 fan on the 2nd piece. I also removed the vent holes on the front of the case, the fan mounting area in the rear of the case, the cable cutout for SPI ribbon, and added a cutout for the 4010 fan in the front of the case.

Insights:

• I found that it's best to print all pieces with the flat side down.
• I printed these in PETG with a .12 fine layer height on my P1P using the Bambulab slicer.

• 6 M3 5mm x 4mm heat set inserts
