Flo 3D printed illuminated wall sign

My girlfriend does weekly meeting with lots of people and I thought it would be fun to make her company logo so she could use it during those meeting.

 

I bought this cheap RGB LED strip from amazon and this help me get the perfect color.


the RGB control box is way to big, so I took it apart and place the PCB inside

also I just want to let you know that it does not need to be perfect. Or else you won't make it if you always wait to make everything perfect. Here are example of what I mean.

here I use paper for the white background


didn't do the filament swap fast enough

it's melted together and once assembled there is gaps

In the end, no one notice those little defect in person and exceptional from a webcam.
