Parameteric Customizable Radius Sanding block

Very simplistic parametric sanding block for outside radii.  Useful for sanding dowels, outside curves, etc.  I use it for sanding miniature bases.  FreeCad model included.  If you customize the model make sure you account for the thickness of the sanding paper when determining the diameter of the holes you want.

I suggest 15%-25% Infill.  You could print it with PLA but I used Overture PETG just for impact resistance if it gets dropped on the workshop floor.  I used a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.3mm layer height.  The .stl is for 27mm, 30mm and 35mm radii. The included .3mf is for Bambu X1C.  

To use:

1. Cut out a strip of sanding paper that matches the circular cut out.  
2. Use 3M spray adhesive or other adhesive to adhere the sanding paper to the block (I use regular strength 3M 77).  
3. When the sand paper clogs wash it under running water.  In general the adhesive will hold through multiple washings.
4. When you want to replace the sandpaper, pull it off and use IPA to clean the surface before adding new sandpaper.
