Tenere 700 AMPS bar mount

Many thanks to @Dev_467696 for the original - I tweaked this to mount my phone via a universal AMPS/Quad Lock plate, but it should work for a wide variety of mounts:

1. Changed dimensions slightly to AMPS mounting pattern (30x38mm)
2. Holes are slightly bigger (5.5mm)
3. Tweaked dimensions for symmetry, more clearance from bar clamps, and tighter fit to the bar itself
4. Steeper exit for zip tie channel to improve overhang print quality

I've done about 150 miles so far (and one fall on a green lane!) with no issues. Printed in ASA, 3 perimeters, .5mm nozzle & 30% infill. Please use outdoor rated zip-ties!
