Onyx RCR Rear Rack Clamp-Mount

This is one half of a clamp mount for the Onyx RCR electric motorbike's OEM rear cargo rack. It's symmetrical, there's only one model and you can just flip one upside-down for the underside. You will need to print at least two, four recommended. The clamps have through-holes that fit ¼"-20 or M6 hardware for fastening larger objects to the rear rack, like the crate shown in the photos. 

Each ***PAIR*** fastens together with:

• 6x M3x18mm machine screws
• 12x M3 washers (optional but recommended
• 6x M3 nuts
• a dab of threadlocker to prevent loosening from vibration

Fasten an object to a complete clamp pair with:

• 2x ¼"-20 x 2" machine screws or bolts
• 4x ¼"-20 washers (optional but recommended)
• 2x ¼"-20 nylon insert nuts 
• a dab of threadlocker

(or the M6 equivalents here)

I recommend printing in ABS or ASA. DO NOT print in PLA - the clamping forces will deform the print over time and the clamp will become less secure. PETG might work.
