HomePod Mini Floating Wall Mount (US)

NOTE: This model is designed for a US Plug shape.

I needed a simple & elegant wall mount for the HomePod Mini in the bathroom. I found several models on Esty (SmartHomeEngineering & BurdProducts) that I mostly liked but they didn't perfectly solve my needs. 

I designed a parametric version in OnShape that I believe improves on it in several ways:

1. Improved Plug Slot Placement

Plug slot is now located toward the top of the model which changes the pivot point. This should reduce the change that the weight of the HomePod Mini tips out of the wall.

2. Built-In Cable Management Features

There is a friction snap on the top surface that locks the cable from the speaker in place. There are also small rectangular tabs on the bottom & side of the rear face that help keep excess cabling in place.

3. Support Free Printing

This is designed easily print without any supports needed. This has been testing using PLA & ABS and has worked beautifully.
