Lynx 2.1 Safety Tip with integrated Whisker Scar

This is for 40cm barrels only at this time.

I had an idea based on the shroudcap (HIHAT) on printables. I combined it with the Thanh's WhiskerScar and made it lock behind the takedown pin. This "should" work AND eliminate the need for thumbscrews since it locks the barrel down with the ledge on the PCAR.
